We at APS are very excited to introduce our new Call Logging and Management System "MyAPS"! Effective today, the system is live for all our APS clients to use.
After many months setting up the new system, we are proud and excited to be rolling out MyAPS to our International client base. We would like to make special mention of, and thank the handful of clients, who helped us with testing and provided valuable feedback during our pilot phase which assisted us to be on time with our go-live date. Your assistance and support is much appreciated.
MyAPS is a custom designed call logging system and online portal created specifically for our APS clients. As well as providing many useful tools and functions, it provides an easy process for you to log, monitor and report on support calls for your firm as well as log and track enhancements, consulting, training and other service requests.
A link to the MyAPS portal is accessible via the logo at the top right corner of this communication. Please be reminded that only the nominated MyAPS Support Contacts for your firm will have full access to the new portal. Refer to the link below for more information regarding this.
