We moved over to APS in November 2002.
We have approximately 35 users.
We currently use Tax and Practice Management.
We were with Solution 6 for about six years prior to APS. Our firm was having problems with our previous supplier for sometime and we knew that a change was needed. So we started looking into the market for alternatives. We reviewed several suppliers however when it came down to making a decision APS stood out.
APS are our software supplier, but in saying that, there is so much more to our relationship. We have been largely dealing with the same people for the past six years which provides consistency and reliability for our firm. It is great that we can also bounce ideas of them as well. So I would definitely say APS are more than just a software supplier.

Our firm needed a reliable product that wouldn’t crash. We also wanted a system that could provide the information our firm needed. In a broad sense, the products had to be practical and simple.
We seem to be fairly happy with the new upcoming product releases. APS seem to one step ahead and therefore we haven’t had a need to go looking at the competitor products.
APS provides a solid product that has been well developed and aligns with the needs of our firm. This is what sets APS apart from the others. APS are always trying to continuously improve
