APS are very proactive. They come and visit us regularly and they talk to us about where they are heading with the software. They listen to us and I find them, personally, good to deal with. They care about us and they really want their software to help improve our practice.

We see the three key benefits of Advance as being: a) a stable platform b) regular upgrades and c) a good helpdesk. We seldom call the helpdesk but when we do they are very responsive!.

Changing software systems can be extremely costly and time consuming. Our experience with APS was one with few surprises, it was timely and trouble free.
Support was excellent AND available when needed. I would have no hesitation in advising Xlon users to make the change to APS.
