Practice Management

Taking on board feedback from clients after Conference last year, we decided to bring forward the release of version 9.1. We have been our own beta site since May 2008 and 9.1 will be available for limited release from July 2008. At conference this year, we will show you what's new in the released Version 9.1 including new Fees features, new Budgets, new Advance Document Management, new Straight Profit Fees, new Outlook Contact Integration and new Console layouts.

We will also showcase the next release of Practice Management - Version 10. This release is significant in that it is the framework and underlying engine that has been built to facilitate the migration of PM to the new Microsoft .NET framework. PM provides the platform for the new integrated suite of products as well as further enhancements not seen last year.

Developed specifically for professional services firms, Advance CRM 9.1 includes major enhancements to all aspects of the product we launched 3 years ago. Integrated to Advance PM and benefiting from the improved console navigation of Advance PM 9.1 clients will be suitably impressed with this new version.

Not content with building a CRM solution within the Advance console framework our development team have been busy creating a web based interface and integration to Outlook. Extending access to the Web, Outlook and even your PDA has been a key focus of this next evolution of CRM and demonstrates our strong commitment to building the most integrated business platform for professional firms.

Discussion Forums & Client Surgery

In recent years we have added a CIO forum to enable IT Directors and Managing Partners share common issues and experiences. This year will be no exception, and with further consolidation of suppliers in the UK we are certain there will be a lot to talk about.

The APS client surgery is an ideal opportunity to have one on one conversations with members of the APS team to plan the next year or resolve any queries you may have.
