| In this edition of Advancements we feature Sue Le Grange, Sue has been with APS for almost 15 years and plays an integral part at every APS conference. |

|
In preparation for conference each year, Sue collates as much information from various areas within APS, about what has been happening in terms of products and new developments. This information is then reviewed in terms of determining what would be most beneficial to clients. These recommendations including content, individual sessions, key note speakers and entertainment are assessed by the APS management team and forms the basis of the yearly conference.
Sue has seen the APS conference change and grow over the years from a small intimate meeting to a full scale conference. One of the big changes she has witnessed is the improved knowledge clients have about the APS software suite. Originally, conference was all about training the delegates on how to use the software, while now the APS team is able to focus more on educating clients and discussing the concepts behind the ideas.
However, Sue is the first to acknowledge that the APS conference would not be the success it is today without the detailed contributions from across the whole APS team.
