Conference Special - 'Building Practice Value'

Welcome to the ‘Conference Special’ edition of Advancements. I am excited to report that we are now taking registrations for our 17th Annual Client Conference, which takes place at Star City in Sydney’s Darling harbour from Thursday 6th to Saturday 8th November 2008. On behalf of the whole APS team, I invite you and your colleagues to join us. We fully expect this year’s conference will see the largest turnout yet for an APS event. Not only will this be the first APS conference we have held in Sydney, but it also coincides with our 10th Anniversary of our entry into the Australian (and UK) markets.

The theme for this year’s conference is ‘Building Practice Value’, threading the important aspects of Leadership, Innovation and Technology as well as the delicate commercial and cultural balance in the firm of the future.

As always, at a micro level, the conference provides an opportunity to learn more about each element of the APS software suite. At a macro level, however, it provides so much more: it sets the scene for our future product development; it underlines the central importance of our dedicated team of developers, consultants, managers and business developers; it provides an opportunity to network with like-minded professionals on common ground; and it also provides a forum where fun is strictly on the agenda.

For those of you who have attended before and for those of you who will attend for the first time, we encourage you to attend our Sydney conference – and please, book soon because numbers at Star City are limited and the cut off dates are fast approaching with:
Early Bird Registrations closing 30 August 2008; and
Final Registrations closing 30 September 2008.
