Tip 3 - Field Freeze

Often multiple transactions need to be entered with similar details. For example, the same bank account and date might be used for a series of transactions. Freezing the field negates the need to enter the same details repeatedly until the field is unfrozen when required.

Details entered in a field with the pin available on the right hand side can be frozen by clicking on the pin. To unfreeze the field you only need to click on the pin again. These details will then remain the same for all transactions you process until the pin is clicked & the field unfrozen.
