While 2007 seems like a distant memory now the year past always provides an opportunity for reflection as well as an opportunity for setting new challenges.
Looking back, 2007 was a year of real progress for APS:
- We invested in a new livery and logo, better reflecting our position in the marketplace as a relationship focussed service organisation…..
- ….and backed this up by investing in the APS team with:
- 20% growth in the Support Team
- 30% growth in the Consulting Team
- 28% growth in the Development & Technical Team
- We implemented the APS ‘Client Management Program’ with dedicated client relationship managers resourcing the program.
We also continued our growth mode with some significant business wins in 2007. Importantly, the business wins we enjoy demonstrate that APS continues to be actively selected by Australasia most forward looking firms, small, medium and large.
- Two Big 4 Firms joined our client base and successfully implemented APS compliance products
- 19 of APS’s top 50 clients successfully implemented our integrated Interwoven Document Management solution
- 92 new firms joined APS, including 9 new Top 100 firms
- We saw the successful rollout of our new Australian .Net Desktop Super product with 124 firms having either purchased or implemented Desktop Super
- A significant increase in Tax and Professional Accounting users, with over 82% of clients now using the integrated suite of APS Practice Management, Business Intelligence, Tax and Professional Accounting products
- We achieved over 30% business growth for the fourth consecutive year
In 2008 our intention is to maintain our new client growth and retain our current clients – winning increasing numbers of clients in a competitive environment is still the best way to demonstrate our software and team as winning the hearts and minds of practices around the world. |
