How to include posted WIP which is not currently included in an extracted fee (Practice Management).

If additional WIP is posted to a matter which has already been extracted for billing, the time can be included in the fee without having to re-extract the matter.

1. In the Fees Console on the WIP page you will see a ‘Visual Cue’ at the end of a row if there is Unextracted WIP.

2. To include this WIP as part of the total you are billing click on the Visual Cue to bring up the tooltip, and then click on the tooltip text.

3. The Unextracted WIP form will open listing the Time entries. To add this WIP to the fee click on the ‘Add WIP to Fee’ button.

4. The additional WIP is now included in your extract and is ready to be billed.
