The APS teams in Australia and New Zealand have been very busy over the past two months holding briefing sessions across both countries.
Australia ran morning sessions for prospective firms and afternoon sessions for existing clients in Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne.
The New Zealand team held client briefings in Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, Napier, Palmerston North, Wellington and Christchurch with individual client meetings held in most other locations between Kaitaia and Invercargill.
These briefings were designed to provide a high level strategic update for Partners, General/Practice Managers and key staff with a practice management software systems focus.
The main message for the sessions was to introduce the APS integrated solution for accounting practices. The APS team has worked hard over the last few years, via development and acquisition, to deliver the first fully integrated desktop solution for accounting professionals.
Attendees were introduced to APS' current product release cycle for all core products for the first time. We also presented new applications and processes from Advance DM (Document Management Software), Imaging and Scanning to Workflow, Billback and many others.
One of the key outcomes to continue to develop a software strategy around their objectives over the next 12 months
An important part of the sessions gave clients the opportunity to provide feedback into how the products, services and industry trends are currently impacting the profession.
