Introducing Advance Imaging

APS is also pleased to announce that recently acquired Melbourne-based Solutions 2001 is now also in the process of merging into the APS business ad Advance Imaging.

Advance Imaging offers digital imaging software across a range of industries, including that of professional tax and accounting. Its imaging software extracts information and data from scanned documents, enabling your team to work with that data in a dynamic way. Initially we will be looking to automate the capture of information and data from, for example, Tax Assessment Notices. You'll be able to scan incoming Notices, inserting the data straight into a client file as well as the assessment area in Advance Tax while, simultaneously, dropping the data into the right form in Tax Manager. Concurrently, the form and file will be saved into your Document Management Software System.

Similarly, as we develop the product functionality to meet the broader requirements of the professional accounting market, data and information from many other paper-based documents that firms handle as a part of day-to-day business will able to be captured into relevant applications within the Advance suite.
