Practice Management V9.1 and Xcede Professional Accounting V9.0 Released

We are very excited to announce the release of Practice Management Version 9.1 and Xcede Professional Accounting Version 9.0, both of which incorporate significant enhancements.  These improvements include Workflow – Document Management – Outlook Integration – Enhanced User Interface – Unintegrated Assets with an enhanced asset maintenance form and much much more....all ready for your firm now!

Firstly, we would like to acknowledge the tremendous work undertaken by our development team to include so many enhancements and new features within these two releases. In brief;

  • New Advance Document Manager
  • New Enhancements to our workflow functions including guides to help your staff
  • New simple to use Outlook integration
  • New Budgets
  • Enhanced console interface meaning the central console becomes the true central hub for all of your client and contact information
  • New Asset Maintenance form
  • New Comparative Journals Form
  • New Xcede functions retrieving Trust Distribution values as entered through the Profit Distribution form

And much much more.

Enhancements and Associated Fixes
On top of these major enhancements in our Practice Management and Xcede Professional Accounting applications, we have also included a larger than usual bug and enhancement review and associated fixes.  For those of you who attended our 2007 and more recent 2008 conference, you would have seen some of these enhancements and we understand you have been eagerly awaiting their release.

These upgrades provide another great opportunity for you to contact your Client Relationship Manager (CRM) and organise a meeting to discuss the new releases and to plan your upgrade path for the year ahead – we are already booking up for the new year, so please speak with us soon.

Keeping up to date with Product Releases
Importantly, as we continue to improve our applications and keep up to date with latest technology trends by Microsoft, it is paramount our clients also keep up to date with our releases. For this reason we remind you that we support our products current release plus the previous release. So we suggest any clients currently on Practice Management version 8.5.4 or earlier, or Xcede Professional Accounting version 8 or earlier, please contact your CRM to plan for these upgrades ASAP.
