User Authentication Simple user code login and proximity card support are most commonly used however full domain authentication is available for those environments/solutions that demand security.  User details can be imported to the Enterprise Platform from a plethora of sources such as the HR system, PMS or Active Directory.  Where we integrate to other applications such as eCopy, we pass through the user details to facilitate single sign on. Departmental and Regional differences Different departments using the same terminals can have differing behaviour displayed on the software based on software roles maintained centrally.  The terminals readily switch languages according to the user profile for those multi-national companies.  The solution bends readily to your needs whether they are regionally or requirements driven.

Account / Matter Code Integration Users have their most recently used matters returned at the device combined with  one-touch function selection to combine 2 tasks into 1 touch.  The goal is always simplicity.  Matter category functionality can help manage your matters by department, site or any other logical grouping.  You could set up, for example, ‘Paris matters’ to only be visible to Paris users or ‘Taxation matters’ only visible to Taxation department users.
