Fax Machine Capability The system captures fax transmissions on up to two single fax machines or one dual-line fax machine or MFP.  Terminal application software allows for easy handling of memory, speed-dial and broadcast group usage and caters for both G3 and Super G3 fax transmission speeds Terminal Capability Account code and user code databases are unlimited in size. Multi-lingual functionality is built into the terminals. Our account recall function displays the last "x" of recently used billable account codes. New account codes are available at the fax machine in real-time, and the terminals or embedded technologies validate account codes against the system database.

System Configuration Different cost recovery rates can be configured for different types of fax machine. Additionally, different rates can be configured per client, project or matter code to reflect client agreements. Rates can also be maintained in different currencies for offices located across multiple countries. Reports on fax activity can be easily generated using the system report generator or via Crystal Reports Professional. User data including network login, name and department are sourced by the system automatically from pre-existing personnel information and are used to validate the fax user.
