The world of scanning has evolved quickly over the last 10 years to the point where it is a core function of IT in most firms. There are a number of differing solutions on the market and we are proud to have partnered with scan solution vendors to offer a variety of offerings to suit your requirements. We are able to offer embedded solutions to run on eCopy and EFI MFP products, our own eScan product running on the Advantage Terminal platform and of course our other embedded solutions.
Our relationships and experience with the broad range of MFP vendors, scan solution providers and desktop productivity tool suppliers mean we will find the right solution for your needs. Whether you require fully functioned Scan at MFP, scan to desktop / DM / email or barcode scanning, we can help you select the right solution based on your existing investments combined with best of breed tools currently available on the market.
The combinations of tools we’ll recommend to you are based on how your users work - and how we can help increase that productivity.
With eScan, users simply log client matter details using the Advantage Terminal before the scan job begins. Matter codes can include selected recall lists, entered directly, or searched using the Terminal. eScan also allows users to view completed scans as thumbnails on the touch screen before claiming them for routing to email or a network folder.
Embedded scan options for Canon MFP machines are possible through the Billback Terminal, the eCopy ScanStation, and Canon’s MEAP software. A full QWERTY keyboard makes data implementation easy.
EFI’s SendMe system integrates seamlessly to the Advantage Terminal software on EFI hardware for validation and processing.
Omtool connects seamlessly to the Advantage Terminal through the AccuRoute API. This allows for document routing to email, a network folder, printer, fax or a variety of other back-office applications. The integration of the APS Billback platform using Omtool’s AccuRoute facilitates the use of embedded directives and ad-hoc document routing in a single step. This significantly reduces the demands on users when scanning - and enhances the usability of the whole solution.
